PROCEDURE:
1. Make sure you have a Windows PC.
2. Download LimeRa1n on your computer via this link.
3. Connect your iPad 3.2.2 to your PC via USB
4. Click on LimeRa1n droplet icon on your computer. This will sniff out your USB-connected iPad.
5. Click on the 'Make It Rain' banner. This will prompt your iPad to enter into DFU mode.
6. To enter into DFU mode, just follow these instructions on the LimeRa1n window;
a. Hold down Home & Power buttons (ignore iTunes) until LimeRa1n instructs you to release the Power button
b. This will make your iPad enter DFU mode
c. Once LimeRa1n says 'Expoiting..." you can let go of the Power button. You will then see a big LimeRa1n droplet logo on your iPhone's screen.
d. A message will pop up stating that your jailbreak is done.
7. Turn your iPad back on.
8. Click on the LimeRa1n app icon (white rounded square) on your iPad. In LimeRa1n app, tick Cydia & click 'Install'.
After JAILBREAK with LIMERA1N we have to install APPSYNC so that we can apply and put 3rd party applications and other applications for your iPad...
HERE'S HOW TO INSTALL APPSYNC:

Go to the Manage Tab and Tap on big Sources button.
Tap on the Edit button at the top-right of the screen.
Then hit the Add button at the top-left side.

Then input the following URL: http://cydia.hackulo.us
and Hit the Add Source button.
When a warning box appears, hit the Add Anyway. Now Cydia will add the Repo to the list. Once done, hit the big Return to Cydia button.

Step 4
Now Go to the Search Tab and Search for AppSync for OS 3.2. Then Tap on the AppSync for OS 3.2 from the Search results.
Hit the Install button at the top-right corner.
Then hit the Confirm button to begin the installation process.

Step 5
Now AppSync will patch mobileInstallation file on your iPad on OS 3.2. Once the process is complete close the Cydia.
That’s it..
Make sure to download and install a free app from iTunes App Store. Then go for any cracked app.
Now the only thing you need is a cracked app.. Please don’t ask for any cracked app or game here, you won’t get it.. Google is your friend. Once you get a cracked app (.ipa), simple connect your iPad to iTunes, double click on cracked .ipa file (game or app) and Sync your iPad with iTunes..
