NOKIA 6120c no lights ( done via RAP Ic repair )

Problem: Nokia 6120c no lights 


History: Dropped unit, repaired by other cellphone specialists (unsolved/unrepaired)


I have seen that all of the parts connected to light lines have been repaired and replace by others such as Betty Ic, Coil, Light Ic Socket terminals. But still i did it again but it doest work.... 


I decided for the last option, the main part of it is through RAP Ic... I  isolated or reheated the rap but still it doesnt work. Then i decided to rework for the rap ic by reballing it, Luckily when i put it back it works.....
